• Exodus - a group of African-American artisans presenting their love of art to the world by specializing in contemporary fineart, gift cards and keepsakes.

• The Tri State Sculptors Educational Association - was formed in 1978 by a group of sculptors from Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina to promote public awareness and appreciation of sculpture in the region and to exchange ideas and information among its members.

• Upstate Visual Artists - UVA promotes its artists through excellent exhibitions such as Art in the Park (September), the Claude E. Smith Jr. Juried Show (previously named Small Works Show) (April), and the Holiday Gallery (November/December). Along with these large exhibitions, UVA artists may also participate in smaller rotating exhibits such as the exhibits in the UVA Gallery and The Commerce Club.
