About Carolina Gallery

Carolina Gallery Fine Art sells art to fine art collectors, interior designers, architects and other design professionals.

The work on display is a study in diversity. Our goal is to maintain close relationships with the finest artists and to be the gallery to which they bring their newest and most important work. We also want to be the primary venue for visitors to see the best presentation that can be found anywhere.

We provide collectors with access to the artists.

It is not unusual for them to see work, meet the artist, and then become friends. We consider our gallery the number one destination for serious art buyers, with new people discovering it every day. Our staff members are called art consultants because they operate on a level that matches that of the artists. Not surprisingly, the clientele that gravitates to the gallery tends to be equally discerning. It’s an honor to be part of the process. We derive deep satisfaction from the growth, the events, and the building of relationships. Collectors return to see what is new with their favorite artist and this feedback enriches the chemistry.

Carolina Gallery Fine Art has long been known as one of the premier fine art giclée printers in the country.

Our Giclée prints are produced using archival watercolor papers and canvas and give each piece a look and feel similar to the original art. Many artists choose to embellish the Giclée resulting in a “multiple original” with each print being unique. Since the quality is superior to any other printing method, artists can command a higher price resulting in greater profits. Many galleries who historically sold only originals are now offering Giclées.

Life-span estimates by third party testing indicate that Giclées produced on certain matched media, pigment ink combinations should exceed 100 years before any noticeable fading occurs. Pigment inks on non-matched media may not attain this extended life. We only print to matched ink, media combinations and consider these combinations to be the only prints worthy of the term “Giclee”. The relationships developed through this area of our art business has provided access to many of the most talented artists in the country.

Carolina Gallery Fine Art also offers professionally certified fine art framing.

We feature museum quality framing. We are also proficient in all other framing techniques including French mats, needlework, shadow boxes, poster and photo framing. We carry hundreds of frame samples and will special order custom mouldings upon request. Our ability to order large box quantities of frame mouldings allows us to offer extremely competitive prices on custom framing orders.
