If you wish to purchase a print, the first step is to contact me, Jim Creal. You can do this by e-mail or, if you prefer, by phone at (864) 597-0879. If you miss me, I will return your call with shipping and sales information.
I will need the following information:
- Your name
- Shipping address with zip code
- Billing address if different from shipping address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Titles and item numbers of original prints you wish to purchase
Payment may be made by credit card. Please do not send me credit card information by E-mail.
Any information that you provide (such as credit card numbers, physical or eletronic mailing addresses) falls under the protection of client confidentiality. I will never release any personal information to any individual or business without your permission.
The original prints you are purchasing are unframed. Each order will come with recommendations for archival methods of presenting the work. Unframed work has several benefits. It lowers the price of the work and further saves the customer money in shipping. Unframed work allows the customer to buy frames that match a decor. If the buyer wishes, I will have the artist of the work make framing recommendations. top of page
I have made every effort to have the screen images of these works correspond to the true color of the original prints. Due to factors beyond my control, (differences in monitors, platforms, external lighting conditions, etc.) I cannot make absolute guarantees about how the color of these images will appear on a customer's monitor.
For more detailed information about color, please refer to the section on color fidelity in The Nature of Color. At the bottom of the middle panel there are three different scenarios that serve as starting points for understanding the problems in matching color under different circumstances.
buyer discountsSince the artists will ship the prints directly to the purchaser, I can offer a 10% discount on purchases of more than one work by the same artist. top of page
Unless otherwise indicated, works will be packaged between layers of a construction hardboard (such as masonite) and shipped by UPS. Shipping and handling charges will vary by size of print shipped and destination. Once payment has been received, you should allow two weeks for delivery.

On receipt, the customer should inspect their order for any signs of damage and notify me immediately of any problem. top of page
The customer may return all or part of a shipment within a month of the shipping date.
Prior to making a return, the customer should contact me through e-mail and request a return authorization number.
The customer is responsible for returning the work in good condition and in the original packaging to the shipping origin, (return label provided).
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Provided the above conditions are met, the purchase price less the shipping and handling fees will be credited to the customer's credit card upon return of the print. top of page
