Extending 100 feet into the block, this two-story brick structure backs up to a "twin" building at 160 East Broad, with the original facade intact.

The buildings are examples of the 1920's Commercial Style with multicolored brick and decorative terra-cotta.

Each building contains 2,000 square feet on each floor, with interiors consisting of large open floor spaces. The building offers retail and loft apartment space.

During the early 90's, the lower floor of the building housed the Guild Gallery on Main, an art gallery operated by the Artists' Guild of Spartanburg.
